Trott Horses

Our ex-racehorses are high quality, valuable animals, with many who sold for $60,000-$350,000 as yearlings. They are talented athletes who are still very valuable after their racing career has ended. Prince Windy
2004, Dark Bay Gelding, 16.1hh
Windy has started over fences, and competed in his first dressage show in October 2010--where he scored in the low 60% range.

Charo's Image
A gorgeous 2007 filly who was just too slow for the track. She had a fractured tibia that fully healed, and went back to racing, but was still not fast enough.

What A Sequel
This 4 yo filly is a major head turner. She is drop dead gorgeous, totally sound, and very sweet. She is also athletic with a beautiful, floaty trot.

Secret Dancer
Secret is a 5 yo Irish Thoroughbred who is unraced, and never injured. She has had a year of training under saddle and is an extremely talented dresage or eventing prospect.

Mikey is a four year old gelding standing 16.2hh. He is a gorgeously built horse who likes to go around the ring with his nose on the ground!

Camel Point
Camel Point is a 2004 Kentucky bred gelding with a stellar pedigree.He sold for $350,000 as a yearling, but didn't make a stakes horse, so his owners preferred to let him find the perfect career.

Afleet Eagle
This 2006 Gelding is just amazing. He has been rehabbed from a tendon injury and is now learning his new job. Because Eagle is such a quick learner he is already under saddle and doing great.

Skipper

Super sweet 10 yo gelding who his very athletic and talented. He has been trail ridden for the past couple of years, and he is a very good boy on trail. Skipper had wonderful ground training, but no professional training under saddle yet. So at this time he is a bit of a project, but is a fast learner, with a willingness to please, no injuries, and no issues of any kind.He is a prospect for any discipline, but should do great as an eventer, or as your best friend pleasure horse, too. What a beautiful girl she is! She will be a two year old in the Spring, and it will be a very lucky person who gets to adopt Rosie.

Stella Mark
With Alydar and Deputy Minister bloodlines, you'll know this 2004 gelding is well bred. Marcus is a super sweet boy, with a good mind, and is in training at our Carmel facility. More pics and video to come soon.

Scrumpy
TROTT gratefully thanks The Derby Restaurant in Arcadia for their generous sponsorship of this talented horse. Scrumpy, aka 'Derby' won almost $180,000 before he retired with a tendon injury.

Dad Loves Mom
A 3 yo filly who is already over 17hh! A drop dead gorgeous girl with a wonderful, calm disposition, and perfect ground manners. She still has a few more months lay up, but is definitely one to keep your eye on! She will be a prospect for any discipline.

Complexity
Complexity is a 2004 gelding who got a torn ligament and is completing his lay up. Our vet said he has the potential for any discipline other than racing, once he is fully healed. (The green band is an identification number.) Keep your eye on this boy. He is stunningly beautiful, and has a kind personality.

Fame
This beauty is a super-model gorgeous, 3 yo. She has been relaxing in the TROTT program for several months, and has now matured and developed to where she is ready to be trained for her perfect home. She is kind and loving, and has perfect ground manners. Absolutely no issues or vices, and truly one to keep your eye on. Fame should be ready for her new owner in the Spring. She will have no restrictions, and is one lovely girl!
