BuddyandRowdy
17 hand 2003 TB gelding
Retired sound off the track in October 2009. Great grandson of Mr. Prospector, wonderful international pedigree. This gelding is as sweet as they come, loving, kind, gentle, mellow, totally non spooky and a really friendly guy. A true 17 hands, great legs and feet, regular shoes, nice conformation, and a very smooth, cadenced mover. No vices or issues, ties, cross ties, bathes, loads, longes, goes through water and over poles, ride at night, excellent on trails and seems to love them. Very polite horse, terrific manners, a real dream come true! UTD on vaccines, worming, and shoeing. Terrific potential as an ammie or junior hunter as well as best buddy and trail horse. Good eater. Soft in the bridle, great whoa and back up, learning some lateral, green but easy to ride and willing. Finish your way. Super gentle. A very deep seal brown, however he is body clipped in these photos.
$3995 to the right home.

Stag on the Run
2005, dark bay gelding
Between nuzzling our barn kids' hair and mingling with the dogs, Stag is an unbelievably quiet, sound and willing horse. Standing 15.2 hh, he has solid gaits and has been over fences now for a month. He has a natural jumping ability, happily locking onto fences and building his bascule. Stag is bombproof on trails and around the barn. He is a gentleman while being clipped, tied, and trailered, and he stands quietly both in the barn and in the fields. Excellent mount for a mature young rider or adult amateur in jumpers, eventing, trails or low level dressage. He's happy in a western saddle, too.

Helm's Press
Helms Press 8yo 16.1hh
Pedigree
Has made over $87k. He does have an old bowe that is set and healed from way back when that has not caused him any issues since as well as cataracts in his left eye, but still raced like that. It doesn't seem to bother him either. He is super sweet and really would need a good home. He last ran at Santa Anita and didn't place well, he is a distance horse so running at Los Al would be out of the question. If you are looking to help a horse, this is surely the guy. Small adoption fee to right home.
